All FC 26 Greats of the Game players and release countdown

The Greats of the Game promo is coming soon to FC 26 Ultimate Team, and you can open your packs to obtain legendary names from the world of football. We already had conffirmation about the promo when Season 8 went live.

Thanks to early rumors, we can figure out more about the upcoming cards.

All FC 26 Greats of the Game players

The Greats of the Game promo will only feature Icons and Heroes. There will be two new names in Mario Kempes and Roberto Rivelino. The iconic duo will have more names joining them on the roster.

All the names mentioned here will be available via packs. To potentially get these cards, you should plan to open as many packs as you have. There will be more cards to get via SBCs and other game modes, so look out for those.

All cards having “(H)” by their names will appear as Heroes. The rest will be special Icon versions of their cards in Ultimate Team. As for stats, overall, and playstyles, we have to wait. We will likely get to know them closer to launch when the promo goes live.

FC 26 Greats of the Game release countdown

EA Sports has already confirmed the release date previously. The Greats of the Game promo will go live on Friday, June 19. They will be directly replacing the ongoing Path to Glory promo, and the following countdown will expire once the new promo is live.

The countdown is based on the following times.

• 10am PST
• 12pm CST
• 1pm EST
• 5pm UTC
• 6pm BST
• 7pm CEST

This is the usual schedule followed by EA Sports when it comes to promo launches. Unlike last year, the Greats of the Game cards won’t be dynamic, unlike the Path to Glory items, which can receive upgrades based on World Cup events in real life.
