Fallout 76 Is Getting A Free Xbox Series X|S Upgrade This Summer

With public testing to begin this month!

Bethesda has announced today that Fallout 76 will be getting a current-gen upgrade in Summer 2026, which includes some nice improvements for both the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S versions.

The upgrade will actually be available to test for current owners of the game at some point this month, and then it’ll roll out to everyone a little later.
